All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays). Once your order is confirmed, you'll receive an email or WhatsApp confirmation.

2. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India via trusted logistics partners (e.g., Delhivery, DTDC, BlueDart). We do not offer international shipping at the moment.

3. Delivery Timelines

Metro Cities: 3–5 working days
Tier 2 & 3 Cities / Rural Areas: 5–8 working days

Delivery times may vary due to factors like weather, festivals, or courier delays beyond our control.

4. Shipping Charges

Free shipping on all prepaid orders across India.

COD (Cash on Delivery) may include a nominal fee and is available in select pin codes.

5. Order Tracking

Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking link via email/SMS/WhatsApp. You can track your shipment anytime or reach out to our support team if you face issues.

6. Delivery Failure

If the delivery fails due to customer unavailability or wrong address:

• A re-attempt may be made
• In case of return-to-origin (RTO), re-shipping charges may apply for resending the parcel
